I need help on My animal crossing city folk for Wii!?

Ok so I just got the game yesterday and the only animal crossing game I've played and beat is the game cube one so I'm wondering if there is any cheats for the city folk just like in the game cube and can you give me a link to find them? Also How do you do favors for your neighbors? I need help and I want to know as much as I can about this game so I can beat it and have fun. And How do I tell the shampoodle lady to give me cute blonde hair like what answers do I need to click on to give me blond hair? Please help and thanks. Also does anyone want to give me their city folk number so I can visit your town?
